Beachside Breaks is backed by the Real estate institute of NSW, and absolutely committed to providing a premium rental experience for guests, and a comprehensive rental property management service for owners. We know Sydney, and understand the holiday rental opportunities which are unique to the area. Areas like Manly, Freshwater, Bondi, Tamarama, Palm Beach, Avalon are brimming with visitor activity all seasons of the year.

 

We inspect each property that we list to assure guests of their suitability for Beachside Breaks guests. When it comes to upkeep, we keep a strict eye on every detail. We provide a thorough clean following the check out of each guest. Additionally, all Beachside Breaks rentals have a complete ‘spring clean’ twice per year to ensure the highest standard of hygiene, cleanliness and comfort for guests.

A licensed real estate agent and property investor himself, Lloyd brings more than a decade of luxury hospitality management experience to Sydney. Having spent part of his professional life managing operations on various multi million dollar superyachts across the globe, Lloyd understands the luxury accommodation market better than most. This added with his years of Holiday letting experience in Sydney means he knows what it takes to run a succesful holiday letting agency. He has hand-selected staff who share his passion for world-class hospitality and excellent attention to detail.

Joanne joined the Beachside Breaks team in January 2016, having worked with a local well respected real estate agency for over 10 year, Jo brings a career of experience in different aspects of the industry with her including owner and managing her own portfolio of holiday homes for more than a decade. Knowing what is expected by holidaying guests, Jo is committed to providing a personal and professional experience for all. As the first stop for owners, Jo is able to provide accurate information in regards to the local market, occupancy rates, pricing structures, even styling! She really has a broad range of skills to offer. We are proud to have her as part of the team.

Jodie comes to Beachside Breaks with broad range of experience in the industry having worked as a mortgage broker for over 5 years, managing her own investment properties abroad and most recently, hosting guests in her home locally through Airbnb. Through this experience Jodie has become a proficient, attentive property manager, who prides herself on attention to detail. Jodie knows first hand what is expected by guests and is committed to delivering a memorable and enjoyable experience to ensure our guests come back time and time again. As the first point of contact for our owners, Jodie is committed to delivering a high level of customer service and is well equipped do to so having held a professional career in client services for over a decade working with corporate clients in Australia.
